Ensuring equal opportunities in access to education

To ensure that everyone has equal access to education, we have optimized our advisory services. This includes informational videos on topics such as inclusion, diversity, and compensatory measures, which have been published on our website and e-campus.

Integration of AI chatbot and help/contact forms on our website

Since January 2024, we have further supported our students by integrating an AI chatbot and Help/Contact forms on our website. These digital tools facilitate access to information and provide assistance with questions and concerns around the clock.

We offer our students a high-quality education that provides maximum flexibility in any life situation. Equally important is ensuring flexible and satisfactory working conditions for our employees to support their work-life balance. Strengthening social sustainability in human resources management

We have revised our guidelines on inclusion, integration, diversity, and equality, incorporating non-discriminatory language and imagery. Additionally, we promote employee engagement in sustainability by integrating the topic into the onboarding process and our employer branding video.

Promoting the physical and mental well-being of our employees

To enhance our employees' health, we have introduced various initiatives, including the E-Gym Wellpass programme, corporate sports activities, and yoga classes. These offerings support physical health and contribute to improved well-being and motivation.
